We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

How to request a return

If you have a customer account

1. Log in to your account and open your order.
2. Select the items you wish to return and provide the reason.
3. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may ask you to send photos by email before approval.

If you ordered as a guest

Please request your return via our Contact Page and include:

• Your order number
• The items you wish to return
• The reason for your return

For defective/damaged/incorrect items, photos are required to assess your request.

Return approval

• All return requests are reviewed before approval. Please wait for our confirmation before sending items back.
• Returns that do not meet our conditions may be refused.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original labels and tags attached.
• Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging.

Return costs

• Change of mind / wrong size: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Covered under our Warranty. We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement without extra cost.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
• The refund will be made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take extra days to post the amount.

Non-returnable items

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Digital downloads or gift cards
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for the same product in a different size or color, if available. Please mention your exchange request when submitting your return.
