These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our webshop www.thefaithfulmarket.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• An order is placed through the checkout process on our website.
• Once we confirm your order by email, the purchase agreement is established.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT (unless stated otherwise).
• Payment must be made using one of the secure payment methods offered.

Our products are made to order (Print on Demand), to minimize waste and ensure sustainable production.

• Average delivery time: 5–10 business days (excluding holidays or exceptional circumstances).
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link.
• Delivery takes place at the address provided during checkout – please double check this information.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the website.

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
• After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product(s).
• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
• Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and preferably in the original packaging.
• Customized or personalized products are excluded from returns.

All products are covered by the statutory warranty: a product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it.

If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days via our contact page.

If you have a complaint, please reach out via our contact page. We aim to respond within 14 days with a suitable solution.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total value of the order in question, unless damage is caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions), we reserve the right to suspend or cancel deliveries.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
