At The Faithful Market, we create products responsibly and sustainably. We do not keep unnecessary stock — every product is made to order, especially for you. This reduces waste and ensures high quality in every item we deliver.
Processing Time
- Once your order is placed, it goes into production.
- Printing or creating your item takes time to meet our quality standards.
- Average processing + delivery time: 10 working days from the date of your order.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the European Union (EU). Expansion to additional countries is planned for the future.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link.
- You can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within 10 working days, delays may occur due to high demand, customs checks, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed beyond this period, please contact us and we will assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately.
- Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
- Any applicable promotions (e.g. free shipping above a certain amount) will be displayed at checkout.
