Do I need an account to place an order?
No—checkout as a guest is possible. Creating an account helps you track orders and view your history.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We support major secure payment methods available at checkout (e.g., iDEAL, credit/debit cards). The options shown at checkout are the most up to date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing quickly, so changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed. Contact us ASAP via the Contact Page and we’ll do our best.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the EU. (Expanding soon!)
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are fulfilled in 2–5 business days, then shipped. Total delivery time depends on destination and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace link.
What is your return window?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
How do I request a return?
Please submit your request via our Contact Page with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll confirm with instructions.

Who pays the return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We recommend a trackable service.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 working days after we receive and inspect your return, refunded to the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes—exchanges are possible for the same product in a different size or colour if available. Mention this when you contact us.
Non-returnable items
