- The items you wish to return
- The reason for your return
For defective/damaged/incorrect items, photos are required to assess your request.
Return approval
- All return requests are reviewed before approval. Please wait for our confirmation before sending items back.
- Returns that do not meet our conditions may be refused.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original labels and tags attached.
- Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging.

Return costs
- Change of mind / wrong size: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Covered under our Warranty. We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement without extra cost.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
- The refund will be made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take extra days to post the amount.
